When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

As fake as it sounds, I wanted to work with computers 😁😁😁. The usual question any teacher would ask was what do you want to be!! And my answer varied as I grew up but the one particular when i was less than 10 yrs was to work with computers in an office type set up.

And why ?? My dad worked as a BSNL telecom assistant and his work started from the morse code era of typewriters to windows xp computers. Since my parents were both working, after school the routine was to send me to one of their working places. So it was a habit of sitting beside dad who used to keep on typing in computers and be busy. And am there sitting like I want to do this when I grow up. Sit inside the AC chamber , keep on typing something and people will come to you for the work you do.

I did not know that it was called a software engineer at that time, trust me 😁. Now I am in that dream job where everybody hates to sit in that AC room.

Funny story aside , I had to become a scientist , doctor and many others as i grew further but landed to that little girls fantasy job at the end which is not at all fantasy 🤪
